1 year in Czechland
Exactly 1 year ago I stepped down this country after going through long-lasting visa processes. It was cool autumn evening when I reached here, and Jenny was waiting for me at the airport. The same day I arrived to trainee house in Andel, met new friends there; Taxi, Alex, Eric, Piros (with whom I shared the room for next few weeks), and had my first Prague tour and Czech gulas with Jenny.
Meeting lots of new people with some of whom we became good friends, with ups and downs in job and personal life, unsatisfaction at initial position and small promotion to new position, lots of traveling (besides most of the parts of Czech Republic I've been to Italy, Belgium, Poland, back home for winter New Year holidays after 8 years, and going to Austria and Hungary next week), learning one more language - Czech, getting more "cultured" with ballet and opera, having some great fun and playing as a goalkeeper in soccer team in DHL Football Euro Cup, becoming less hard-work-at-job oriented and more self-development oriented, still hungry for challenges and new opportunities to apply the potential I believe I possess, with not much change in dressing and hair style but some changes in thinking style, still staying awake till late hours and having some difficulty at waking up early in the morning... I spent a year here.
More to come!
